This category is for articles that are some way from completion status, but still are more than 15% as long as the finished article can be expected to be. At this stage, the typical reader gets a reasonably good idea about the rules concept covered in the article; or even a quite good idea.

The next higher step in the completion hierarchy is "NCart", whcih stands for Near-complete article, and the next lower step is "Stub".
